Fall Overcoat Giveaway competition (“Campaign”) is organised by Oy Turo Tailor Ab company incorporated under the Laws of Finland having its registered address at Sörnäisten rantatie 29, 00500 Helsinki (“Organiser”). The Campaign will run for the period from17th November 2016 until 7th December 2016 (“Campaign Period”). In any questions regarding the Campaign or prizes, please contact the Organizer’s consumer service at turo@turo.fi The countries included in the Campaign are all countries that are part of Europe (“Campaign Countries”). Individual participants to the Campaign are referred in these rules as a “Participant” or “you”.

Prizes

The prizes for the Campaign include in total one (1) first prize. The winner of the first prize is drawn among all Campaign Participants by a jury consisting of Turo representatives from the Campaign Countries (“Jury”). The Jury’s decisions are final and unchallengeable. The first prize: The prize is an overcoat worth of 500€ or less. The prizes will be valid for one month (30 days). The prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or otherwise changeable in to other offers.

Entering the Campaign and Redeeming the Prizes

Entry to the Campaign is possible during the Campaign Period by subscribing to Turo newsletter. You can only enter the competition once. The Campaign is valid until 7th December, 2016, after which time no submissions or entries are accepted unless the Organizer notifies otherwise. To be eligible to enter the Campaign you must live in one of the Campaign Countries. Organizer’s employees or employees of a company involved in the implementation of the Campaign may not enter. The Organiser reserves the right to revise the Campaign Period. If the Campaign Period is changed, the prize will be selected among the Participants who are eligible at that time. The winner of the prize will be selected within 1 week of the end of the Campaign Period. The winner of the prize will be notified personally by e-mail. If the winner notified fails to confirm receipt of the e-mail and /or cannot be reached through other contact details, within 14 days following notification, the prize will be treated as unredeemed, any rights of the winner/Participant to the prize automatically cease and the prize will be given to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. The prize will be delivered by mail unless agreed otherwise with the winner.

Participant consents to the Organiser having the right to publish (irrespective of the distribution channel) his/her name if they win a prize. By entering the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these rules. The Organizer has the right to disqualify and invalidate all entries made contrary to these rules or the Organizer’s instructions without any liability towards such Participant. The Organiser reserves the right to revise these rules. These rules shall be exclusively governed by the Laws of Finland. All disputes arising in connection with these rules, including but not limited to disputes concerning the validity, shall be resolved by the competent courts of Finland.
