Delivery in Finland

Delivery options: pick up from Turo store, pick up from Postnord service point (K-markets, R-Kioski, Matkahuolto, parcel lockers), pick up from Posti delivery locker / delivery point, home delivery by Posti.
Delivery time 4-6 business days

Pick up from Turo- store (Helsinki or Espoo) 0,00€
Pick up from Postnord parcel locker / service point 0,00€
Pick up from Posti office / parcel locker 9,90€
Home delivery by Posti 14,90€
Most of the Turo store deliveries fit in parcel lockers. Bigger parcels including e.g. big overcoat, multiple suits etc. are delivered to be picked up from delivery company's service point closest to you.

Other EU countries:

Delivery time 2-5 business days
Delivery cost 19,90€ 

Outside EU countries:

Delivery to countries outside the EU: 29,90€ + taxes

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange purchased product within 14 days from the date of receiving the original purchase.
If you are unsure, or have any further question about the product/fit/how-to-wear etc., please contact our customer service turo@turo.fi or  +358 (0)50 529 6281.
Otherwise, follow the return/exchange instructions which are given in the parcel with your order.
A simple return/exchange form and a Postnord / Posti return document are sent together with your order. Always use this form when sending something back to us. Attach the return document according to the instructions. Take the parcel in any Postnord / Posti service point depending on the delivery company.

After receiving the returned goods, we will refund the amount of returned products to the original payment method within 30 days. Exchanges will be re-shipped within 2-4 business days after receiving the return.
Notice: The delivery fee will not be refund.

When returning, make sure that:

  • The product has not been used.
  • The product is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package. 
  • The product has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.
  • The return/exchange ticket must be filled in properly.
  • Attach the return document on the parcel according the instructions.
